beautiful view, private onsen, clean room
No elevator access, making the climb exhausting!!! Toilet malfunctioning and buttons appeared dirty, which was quite disappointing. More staff fluent in English or Chinese would really enhance the experience!!!

Stunning views and exceptional dining experience
My stay in the Premium Suite with Open-Air Bath was absolutely magical. The views of the hillside and the ocean, paired with a private onsen, made for an unforgettable retreat. Dinner and breakfast showcased beautiful presentations with fresh, flavorful ingredients that catered to every palate. The attention to detail in service, from the pick-up arrangements to meal notifications, truly enhanced the welcoming feel of the experience. However, being on the bottom floor meant a trek up the stairs for meals, which was a bit tiring.

Nestled in the mountains, the views provided a breathtaking backdrop, complemented by exceptional service from an attentive staff that made every moment special. The on-site onsen offered a perfect respite, while the kaiseki dining was a culinary highlight, showcasing beautifully presented and delicious dishes. However, there were a few instances of dust in the room, and some outside dining options were limited, which could affect extended stays. The location, although stunning, may not suit travelers seeking nearby attractions.
